Founder of Training Pad!
Jason has always been involved in fitness and loves living a healthy and active lifestyle. He started at an early age playing basketball and football at a competitive level. As the captain of his city's football team Jason came to appreciate high intensity and functional training and the very impact it has on our body's performance.
Shortly after graduating from Chef's training culinary school, Jason enrolled in Cambrian college for the Physical Fitness management program where 3 years later he graduated with honours.
Since 2005 he has worked for various corporate gyms as their top fitness trainer, then in early 2011 opening his own fitness and consulting studio in Toronto's Beaches. Jason has also worked as a fitness model for companies like The Shopping Channel, Panasonic and Master MovesTM to name a few.
Jason's wealth of knowledge, charismatic personality and passion for healthy living has helped thousands of people transform their life, and now he wants to help YOU transform YOURS!
