Healthy Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 ripe bananas

2 cups rolled oats

1tbs baking powder

Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Coconut oil for cooking

Toppings:

Peanut butter

Coconut smiles

Natural maple syrup

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add to pan with 1/4 cup measuring cup and cook each side.

Serve on plate and top with toppings!

Easy on the PB & syrup.
