High Protein French Toast
INGREDIENTS
2 slices of Ezekiel bread
1 whole egg
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup berries
Organic maple syrup
Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Beat the whole egg, egg whites and cinnamon together until fully mixed
Dip bread in mixture and coat both side evenly
Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
Top with berries and organic maple syrup
